How our booking system works:
1. Begin by using the calendar to select the date range you wish to book for.
There’s no need to worry about In/Out times (but do please familiarise yourself with the cattery opening times shown in the footer below).
Click on the ‘Continue’ button.
If we have availability for that period you’ll see a confirmation screen. To proceed from this point you’ll need to sign in.
2. If you’re a new customer you must register on our system.
If you’ve registered previously then our booking system will remember you once you enter your log-in details.
If this is the first time you’ve used our online booking system you’ll need to set up a new account before proceeding. We’ll ask you to provide some details about your cat/s followed by some basic information about yourself. When setting up your cat’s details you can add a photo of your cat.
To create your account you must provide a password.

3. Multi-occupation bookings…
If you have more than one cat and you are making a multi-occupation booking then, on the ‘Which pets are staying?’ screen, you should select each cat registered on your record before proceeding. When selected these will show a tick next to the cat’s name. At this stage you can also add a new cat to your record if necessary.
4. Booking acknowledgement and confirmation emails
Once the online process is completed you will receive an initial email message acknowledging receipt of your booking request. Within 24 hrs (or next working day if over a weekend) we will send you a further email with confirmation of your booking.
The booking confirmation email we send out will also include a link to enable secure online payment by credit card. No payment will be taken until you have received the confirmation email and followed through the payment procedure.
Although our online system makes payment quick, easy and safe, if you prefer you can make your payment either in person at Cleracres Reception, or by phone on 01275 833 049.
