Once you have submitted your details we will contact you by phone or email within two working days to request a deposit of £15.00 per cat to confirm your booking. Card payments can be taken over the telephone or alternatively you can post us a cheque. No credit card details are collected through this web site; the balance and any other fees payable can be made (by guaranteed cheque, credit card/switch, or cash) at the time of arrival.

Although Cleracres Cattery has excellent capacity please be aware that we do get very busy during peak periods, when we would advise booking well in advance. Although we will make every effort to accommodate your cat we can only guarantee this once you have received confirmation of your booking from us.
